Generally, when the e-brake light is on, it means you are low on fluid. Have you checked the fluid in the master cylinder and the ABS actuator? Have you done anything with the brakes lately?

When looking at the rotor it looks as if it is sticking but looking at the caliper it looks fine. the fluid level is fine but i have not checked the ABS actuator.

abs light most of the time is a bad abs pump from what ive experienced, ebrake light is like the other guy said low fluid most of the time or bad resivour cap. most caps have the 2 wires going to it with a sensor.
