Default good reputable catalytic converter brand?

My del slow cant pass emissions... HC's and nox... but my timing is perfect and the O2 sensor is fine to my knowlege (though the idle is a TINY bit weird, so hell, ill probably just swap that out anyways), so it looks like its a combination of the shitty universal cat and carbon buildup in my cylinder heads. im gonna seafoam the B16, but i also need to get an OE-style cat. Partstrain.com has been recommended to me... they carry direct-fit cats from Eastern, Catco, Bosal, Walker, and Miller. Wondering which if any of these is gonna be my best bet as far as a reputable brand is gonna be concerned. Any experience/recommendations? Thanks in advance.

Magnaflow makes cat converters. They are 50 state legal.

Bought a carsound cat and it took a dump on me. gutted itself after on year.

Look for an OEM cat that is still good.

I have a Magnaflow universal hi-flow cat & haven't had problems with it for the past 1.5 years. Passes emissions legally too.

Magnaflow/Carsound/Catco (same mfr) make decent cats at an affordable price. You can find them on ebay usually for pretty cheap.

Random tech makes the best cats out there, but you will pay for the quality. $$$
