Don't forget a new oil drain plug washer, an dont use FRAM OIL filters
I always did 1/2 quart or w/e in the filter [ or as much as it will hold ] and the 4 in through the fill cap.
i prime the filter so i dont do a dry start and leave the plug out and pour fresh oil in until it starts coming out clear.

4Q.. i think it recomends 5w30 or 10w30
thanks guys i just used the mobil 1 5w30 with mobil 1 oil filter
Good choice!!!
If I were you, I'd use Castrol Synthetic and Fram Oil Filters/or K&N oil filters...This is better choice...
Castrol Synthetic, in my opinion along with others burns off faster than other oils. As for the oil filters, there are researches online saying farm's filter has worst filtering materials. My question for you, jdm_91crx, is you either use a 3USD filter or a 12USD filter?
I use 12USD filter...and Castrol is better for vehicles with higher mileage...or use Valvoline Synthetic oils (I use to use Valvoline but switched to Castrol)Originally Posted by chituntang
