nissan maxima help pleasee!!!:(
y family just got a nissan maxima..and the transmission seems fine no jerks or nothing but for some reason it drives in high gearr...so it doesnt realy drive fast or nothing...so if u can help please let me know i doubt the transmision is bad becuase the car only has 130k on it and no lights are on.
What is it doing?
Cars are supposed to drive in high gear at times. Please give some more details on the problem and car.
What's your RPM at 60 mph? Or 75 mph?
K series 626. That's right. It's got a K in it.
so the car starts from t a dead stop in overdrive? aka 4th gear?
the transmission can definately be bad at 130k if owner #1 never serviced it.
yea the car seems to be in over drive...my cousin is taking it to nissan for me today to get it checked out hopefully
gah, that sux. dealer putting in another tranny = lots of money. if you end up needing a tranny, lemme know what the dealer charges. i may be able to give you some other options.
