anyways.. i think i found the problem... i was gonna check my spark plugs and the the plug wire is screwed...
the metal connector inside completely came out of the plug wire boot... now i've seen that before on other vehicles... BUT this was differen't...
it looked like the previous owner had noticed it cut the "boot" that the connector is inside of.. tried to fix it.. and taped up the boot.... there is no way to just pop it back in either....
well replaced the cap, wires, and plugs.... still the same problem.... :( but that needed to be done anyway so...
i think it might be the fuel filter.... but to be honest i can't even find it... it's near the gas tank somewhere as opposed to under the hood... i bought a haynes so i'm just gonna get to reading and see what i can figure out...
