I'm searching around for a good exhaust to put on my 97 civic ex. I thought about goin with the Apexi N1 but I just wanted some more feedback!

So I'm coming to the member of IA for help!!! Let me know what you think. Also, if you need to know future plans to get an idea, then I do plan on building my y8 and turboing it. So let me know

    Thanks

What makes the WS2 better than the N1 or GT series? I read up on them and I like them all but the N1 or Gt fit my plan better it seems. Is there something I'm over looking on the WS2? I dont wanna make a mistake. So if you can, let me know why you think WS2 is better.

    Thanks,

N1 is louder, and everyone has it or a knockoff of it, and i think its kinda geared more towards FI exhaust but im not sure. The ws2 isnt as loud and is just a simplier muffler.

Here's my two cents, after having 5 different exhaust setups on my civic, I am here to say I like the Mangnaflow cat-back the best. The Tanabe super medallion was great and expensive, and any custom exhuasts I tried sounded like crap. O and here is another tip, dont remove your cat! It wont give you any real gains and will make any exhaust sound horribly raspy.

HKS Hi-Power exhaust, it sounds better than the apex N1. The n1 is kinda raspy. The hks has a deep tone and its not as loud. Plus it has the same tilted up appearance as the n1, which looks pretty cool. Get the cat-back, just getting the muffler is a waste of money.

dude there is no FUCKING SENSE IN INVESTING THAT MUCH INTO A D SERIES UNLESS YoU PLAN ON KEEPING IT AND BUILDING IT. even then i would wait and do a exhaust after you found out what size you were gonna need and in most cases you'll need to get a shop to fab you one
