Not to be an asshole, but I hope you're not contemplating on doing the swap. However as a last resort, just go to a forum. There are guides w/pics and misc info on RB swaps.

I don't have a problem with them. its just from a performance standpoint, the HP /Tq figures of both motors are almost the same. With the Rb20, you'd just be adding more weight to the car without the added power to compensate. At least with the RB25, you have a little more torque. Care to enlighten me about the pro's of RB20 swap over than a SR, if possible? Only thing i can think of is cost and the unique swap factor.

everheard of "you get what you pay for"? because there must be a reason why they use a rb instead of a sr in a skyline.

A complete video?! I can almost imagine a time elapsed video of someone in their home garage drinking beer trying to make things work day after day...haha

all rb's suck, geo metro pwnz all! muwhahaha

rb20 can make 350rwhp with a lot less problems than an sr20, sounds better, not as common, and rev's higher, cam on valve ftw.

rb20's the underdog motor. everyone says it sux till someone puts a better turbo/fuel/mngmnt set up on one. there's a pretty quick lil r32 skyline at lethal injection, it's rb20 + mitsu 20g turbo. that thing might have some hardcore sr20 guys rethinking their swap.

Yeah I would rather have an RB, cheaper, 6 cylinder, different, etc. Everyone has a SR.

^^ basically. just about every swap you can think of has already been done, it comes down to YOU and your dream. your car is what you make it to be. you can only make it what you can afford to make it. you'll never be the fastest. it's just a matter of exactly how much money do you want to put into your car before you're happy with it. and no matter what there'll always be people that don't like your swap. but if your car does what you've built it for, then they can kiss ur ass. gl if you run into any problems with ur swap....especially wiring pm me
    take it ez
