just got a maxima

before y'all get excited, no pictures yet. not until i find the cord that connects my camera to the computer. anyway, like the title says i just picked up a 96 maxima (not sure of the model) for 1700 dollars at an auction. the car is SPOTLESS. inside and out looks brand new. 130K on the engine (not to much for a 96). completly stock besides a head unit. came with a few options including a nice power sunroof. the only thing the car needs in new shocks in the back, which i am not too worried about. only real problem i have with the car is that is is an automatic. but for the price i paid, i think i did really well. this is my first nissan, and so far i like it alot. drives really smooth, very roomy, and for a completly stock engine it pulls nicely.

very good price on the maxima. convert the front end to a 97-99 with stillen kit and more mod. . going to look nice.

i was thinking spec v/later model maxima SE wheels powdercoated black. lower it, tint the windows, give it a beat. exhaust and and intake. and leave it at that. im not trying to pull anything crazy with it. ill post up pics in a little.

i have 2 solobarics and a memphis amp...real talk chk my posts...but man that can be nice w/ the 97-99 update on the bumpers and front lip, it will look sick...too bad i've handed the papers on those 96-99 maximas a few times lol...nice deal tho

I just picked up a 95 auto myself. I got ****ed on it (the motor is knocking) but I'll look at it as an opportunity instead of a set back. Great deal you got on yours though homie. I traded mine for a cargo van that I paid $1500 for.The shell is perfect and has a new paint job on it, perfect interior. Post pics of your progress when you can.
