    Default jet ski motor question

    anyone work on em?

    my brother just got a 93 yamaha 700 VXR pro. its starting but will not stay started and chokes itself out...

    anyone know someone that works on them and can hook us up?

    well i got two and i sometimes have the same problem. The way i work with it is i start it and then blip the throttle and just feel it out working the gas a little more and more and if it starts to sound like its gonna choke out i let out the gas and start again.

    it may need to get the carb rebuilt if it has sat for a long time.
