what is the difference between a gsr header and an ls header??? in catalogs they have vtec and non vtec headers listed as diff. part numbers. somebody on here has a header for sale that i wanna buy he says its for a b series motor but not sure which one.

if its a LS header, it will normally fit b16/b18c/b18c5/b18a-b but will not fit b18c1 motors. Headers designed for the b18c1 platform will only fit that motor, unless you have a different head.

I think it has something to do with the length of the b-pipe (or bottom of the header)
