From 1995 to 1996 the 240SX is considered the Zenki model. The base model had 15-inch wheels, a softer suspension, and no rear sway bar. SE and LE models came equipped with 16-inch, 5-lug alloy wheels. a stiffer suspension than the base model, and a rear sway barwas standard on the SE. The LE was equipped with leather seats, keyless entry, an antitheft system, and a CD player. Antilock brakes and a limited-slip differential came as an optional package to the SE model.
so only look at the SE then you have to narrow those down

1) Check the Diff casing to see if it still has the LSD sticker on it.
or
2) Jack up the rear of the car and try to turn one wheel while having a friend hold the other. Make sure to use jack stands under the car. If the wheel youre trying to turn won't budge while your friend holds the other...the car has an LSD.
yea i saw somethin online bout a orange sticker... i dont see it ...its hard to get under there lol. wouldnt there have to be some toque on the drive shaft for it to lock up?
