Mitsubishi Help!!

I just got a 02 Montero sport and now the battery is dead. I checked that Alternator and it's putting out 14+ Volts. The battery is no good apperantly however when I yanked my optima out of my accord and put it in the Montero it would start but now won't idle unless I put a load on such as the A/C. Any help would be great since I need to drive this thing at 5AM.

does it seem like its running rich? if so check the map sensor. if not check small things like vac lines and stuff. it dosnt sound like its anything major. just do a detailed scan through out the engine bay and see if somthing came loose or unplugged when u were pulling the batt. out
