do it yourself, its not uber hard, and no you cannot use your existing H4 bi-xenon bulb, you use the bulb designed for whatever projector your retrofitting
how much would you charge me to do it?
sorry doode but im not doing a retrofit for anyone except for melol, www.CustomLightz.com does hella good retrofitting, its not local but they do good work. hit em up
