Default VQ trans on a VG block

In other words could I take a 350Z 6-speed and mate it with my 300ZX engine? Or could I take the S15 6-speed and do the same thing. I have seen 300zx transmissions mouted to sr's but could and sr transmission mount to a 300zx?

    Krappy:
fuck i forgot to login.....anyways...S15 6speed tranny is garbage, you would tear it up on that VG so fast...plus you need to fab some kid of adapter plate to use the SR tranny on the VG, same thing if you wanted to use a VG tranny on a SR or KA....

With an adapter plate you can do a lot!
