all of what you said should be checked. Did you not check the fuses yet takes like 39.67 seconds

No air blowing = Blower motor, blower motor resistor, fan speed control switch, bad wiring/vacuum(cant remember which civic uses).

easy way...pull your fan motor out or find the wiring to it, and hook the fan only up to a 12v power source. if the fan does not work, new motor. If it does start working, work yourself back...wires, dash, whatever...

if the resistor is bad usually the fan will still work in the full-speed position. its probably a fuse or the motor.

get someone's voltometer, and start going through all the fan wiring. start at the fan and trace back till you find the break in the system. just takes a while.

yea somthing with ur blower motor is bad. usually when the blower motor resistor goes bad only a few of the settings will work. say turn the knob to 1 or 2 and nothing happens but if u turn it to 3 or 4 then u will get blowing air. if that makes any sence
