How do i put on ef front bumper????

i never had a ef front bumper on my car when i bought it the car didnt have a bumper.It had a ricey bumper previous owner had on there bumper like i bought a stock bumper and only thing that is there it the reinforcement bar.what am i suppose to have on there where i bolt the bumper too
