    Default Look for traction bars

I'm look for a set of traction bars for my CRX. Have anyone used them (traction bars in general)? If so, how did you like them and where did you get them them from? Thanks!

Have them on my nova and love them. Although you really only need them if you have wheel hop and traction issues because of that. Got them off our Chevy II drag car that has had the engine yanked out.

I don't have them (won't fit with my current application), but I have heard from many a Honda driver that traction bars were their favorite mod for the price. Go for it if you find some reputable ones. I have heard good things about Jimfab traction bars, if my memory serves me right.

I've never used them cause I've only had wheel hop like once at the track out of numerous times.

Full Race are the best ones on the map. /thread

Just get an EG 1/2 core rad and you will be fine.

Yeah every forum i asked told me the same thing. Bad part is I'm on a killer budget. I'm only buying traction bars to help straighten my suspension, not to help with racing, since they are stronger than the factory crossmember.

I thought you was talking full race traction bars, I already seen all those links (I searched yesterday). Halfwit told me that nopi sells the avid traction bars, so since I can get those local more than like im getting those. +1 for the help tho (if i can)

Just a quick update. I went with a set of Avid traction bars and haven't felt much difference in the drivablity. I have the tranny leak, so I don't want to launch my car hard yet but hopefully I can get that fixed soon. One flaw I saw with the design is its low as hell! Put it like this, it sits lower than my oil pan (on a b16 swap), so if your slammed this traction bar may not be the one for you.
