Angry Need help. Did a GSR swap and keep blowing alternator fuse.

OK, I have 98 Civic with a GSR swap. For some damn reson I keep blowing the 7.5A Alternator SP Sensor fuse. If I change the fuse and just turn the key with out starting the car I have no codes what so ever. I can crank the car and it will run perfect. But the time I get to the end of the road where I live the fuse blows and the car throws code. I can swap fuses and no codes till I try to drive it again. Any ideas ??? An what the hell is the

    Code #20
    Electrical Load Detector
defective circuit or unplugged / defective sensor

I will have a perfectly good running car if I can the this alternator problem fixed.
