Unhappy HELP ON 1995 civic AIR CONDITIONING

My air conditioner dont work. I took my friend's compressor, and fan. The compressor will not turn on. My fan wil not turn on either. We tried two relays, two fans, and two harness. ALl the stuff i took from my friend's car was working before we took it off and stuck it on my car. from a 95 civic coupe to a 95 civic sedan. ANY SUGGESTION? he checked all the fuses and plugs with the wire tester. and they worked.

    help? anyone?

    Default try this

Hey, I assumed that you charged it up with freon? They have cheap kits at the auto parts stores. If it doesn't have freon in it, then the compressor won't kick on. What I do is hook up the freon, turn on the car with A/C on high, then run a jumper wire from the battery to the compressor (there will be a single wire coming off the compressor to a connector on the fan shroud). Try that, see what happens.

if it is charged up correctly, check the dual/triple pressure switch, it sits on the low side (the fatter ac pipe) and it usually screws into the receiver dryer/accumulator. basically get a test light and see if it is completing the circuit. typically when you're probing the switch the test light gives it enough ground to kick the compressor on just while you're testing the thing. basically when the head pressure is too great it shuts off the ac relay by breaking the circuit, and when working properly it completes the circuit, thus switching the ac relay and kicking the condensor fan on ^_^ oooOOoo BUKAKE!! @@
