Default IDLE JUMPING, LOSS OF POWER TOP END

i dont know it u loose top end with lighter flywheel, but i feel like i lost power in the top........and my idle is not balanced anymore, i dont know if i need to set timming to flywheel or something?????

when u turn car on, the rpms go to 2k for a second, then a drastic drop down to about 500, then back to 2k, and instead of 750 when it's warm it's at about 1200 rpms..... is the dizzy bad, or do i need to do something to timming now that flywheel is installed?
