    Exclamation MATTERS OF SHIFTING

    Hey is it normal to g0 about 60 in first gear even if the needles is @ 50k/rpms and the REDline for it is around 72K?

    You speedo is off. You definately cannot do 60 in first. So at 5K rpms you are at 50, so if you ran it to the redline that mean you would do 70mph are so. Nah your speed cable or speedometer is really off.

    Well question does the engine sound like its going to blow going 60 in 1st gear. If so your shifting to late lol.

    nope. . doesnt sound like its gonna blow. . .not 60 . . .i would say about 50 but i got some tips tonight about shift and timing the clutch and what not. . .i know how not to blow the engine. . .hahahah. . .if that happens i'll whoop my own ass. . my mom taught me the basics when i was about 12 or 13 but she stopped cause i wouldn't listen. . .kept stalling. . .grinding gears. . .reving high. . .looking to see if my friends were looking at me and ETc... GG the sounds not bad ... the car starts bucking when i try to get in second. . .
