    what is the weight difference between the s13----s14??????

    does any1 know or can they link me to a site to find this having trouble coming up with tthis info!!!!!!!!

    they all weigh about the same amount, a fat person could make an s13 weigh more than an s14 with a skinny driver. its the balance that'll kill ya in these cars. the s13 is ass heavy, the hatchback is really ass heavy, and the s14 is nearly 50/50. an rb will pretty well balance an s13 and an sr will make an s14 front end light, and you will be able to notice it in both cases.

    wheel hop has little to do with weight. theres a lot of complicated bs that goes into it but if you wanna get rid of the wheel hop buy some trac links and adjust them till it goes away.

    erm.... actually the s14's iirc are close to 52/48 f/r weights and the s13's are even heavier in the front..... not sure how you rationalize calling that "ass heavy".

    A RB25 pushed a s13 to 55/45 f/r ratio, usually they are around 53.5/46.5 or 54/46.

    By no means are they ass heavy.... with SR's are just about the only way they get down to 50/50 and thats after being stripped and possibly ballast in the rear.

    Thank you verik. Im by no means any kind of expert on the s13 but they definately arent ass heavy.

    a friends silvia front s13 coupe weighed in at high 2500's and my sr 97 s14 weighed in a 2720 with junk in the car and a half a tank of gas
