Question - Difference between EX's and Si wheels???

I always hear people say " Those re Ex's , they are not Si's" Im confused here...They look the same to me, unless the difference is in offset, weight or w/e. Cuz I can't tell the difference between EX's 01-03 Civic and 99-00 Si wheels. So what's the difference bwteen the TWO wheels?

because half the people on honduh-tech are too stupid to know that they are the same... they probably have water in their head from swimming across the big river into the US.

Its the same wheel Honda use the wheel on the 99-00SI. I guess they like it so much they started putting it on the 01-03 civic as an option wheel.
