Default how to put a 2000 SI strut bar on a regular civic 2000 EX coupe

The holes are there I can see them and the strut bar would mount fine... but they are 'filled in' since it's not the SI model. Is there a piece I can take off or do I have to drill

U have to drill and supply your own bolts. I did it to my ex-girlfriend's car. I tried prying it off but they're welded in. It's a 5 min install.
