Usually I pull my motors out from the bottom, engine cradle and all. Just because I don't have a cherry picker lol and I'd jack and block the car until I could slide it out. The times that I did have a cherry picker though I took the chain and bolted it to the transmission, and to the motor mount that comes out where the Timing belt is. Good luck though.

Put a jack under the motor with a 2x4 and pull the 2 nuts off and one bolt out of that bracket..unless its on an EK honda..then its 3 nuts, put a link down over one of the studs, and put a nut on it.

Your post kinda confused me lol. I did this on honda's though....

Not sure if the teg is like my eg, but there is a bracket on the front of the transmission I hooked one side of the chain to, and then I put a bolt through the chain in a hole on the back side of the head near the IM.

Hopefully this helps, I know how frustrating it can be.

just get a tire, and drop the whole swap on the tire, then drag it out. Done deal after that.

there should be some pull hooks on the engine already.... a lot of them come from the factory with them. If not, hook your chains up to where the motor mounts bolt up.

if youre looking for a easier way, just take a sawzaw and cut the front assembly off and unbolt and there you go no jacking or lifting...Lol but only do this if you dont need the car.....
