95 LS Motor Into 95 GSR body

I have a Few concernes that i cannot find anywhere. I have a 95 LS Turboed monster. Its not in the car yet, im just building it up untill i get home from deployment. Will The stock GSR ECU work for the Ls motor? What about the MAFS? With the Motor turboed do you need your MAF? IF not do you need to Jump the harness or just bypass the whole MAF system? If anybody has anymore wiss Quiz shit that i might need to know for this build..
