I definately don't believe you in the least. I have done a lot of bike work over the years, and your story doesn't add up. A sprocket and chain conversion is not going to yield 10% on a 97 750 which put down about 115rwhp out of the box.

The 00 R1 that I have here has all of that - plus CF wheels, CK bodywork, and a small bottle. And I couldn't get a 9.7 out of it, if I took it to the track. Unless you had a swingarm, or slick, you would lift.

Got a pic of this 750 of yours? And a timeslip?

I didnt say those %;s is what I got just going by the overexgarrated numbers from the k&n and dyno jet....Here is what dynojet said....Stage III,Intended for motorcycles with stock or mildly tuned engines using a well designed aftermarket pipe and individual air filters. In most cases power increases of 10-15% can be achieved. However driveability may be compromised particularly with short stroke, high rpm motors. Here is stock then after I painted it, which was a big dumb mistake. Anyways I ran that back in 05 so sorry no time slip but what ever who cares.

If you look the 1997 yzf 750R had 121. There were a few different 750s, but mine had 121.

Also you have to look I raised the compression in it as well as other things.

    I know the 95 and MAYBE 96 had 106hp
