MX3 guys - want a parts car?

I co-worker has a MX3 that he no longer messes with that he wants to sell cheap. Car needs a rear window (busted) and a tranny (probably bad - might be just a busted bell housing though) to be a driveable car. So really, I'm thinking that it is a good parts car.
It's white, with grey interior, and has the 6 cyl motor (with about 100K miles, I believe).
He would take $500 for it, but you will need a tow truck to pick it up (or a trailer). It is in Lawrenceville off Collins Hill and 316.
I'm thinking that one of you MX3 guys would want to get this motor into your car.

Hmmm i'll ask around, i might be intrested though i wont have the cash for it for like 2 weeks, but i do have a spare tranny and rear hatch

When is it possible to take a look at it? So long as the body is still in good shape i'm intrested, dunno about the 500 since i bought my SE for 500 and it still ran but ill give him a fair price so long as its in good condition.

This car runs fine. Just the tranny bellhousing is busted. You will leak out all of the fluid fast.

im15 and my mx3 needs a new head it is leaking really bad so yea and in the mountains its like all really big trucks so it hard to find parts but im going to fix it my bro has an mx5that is bad asssss so yea i like my mx

DO NOT WAISTE YOUR MONEY!!!! Fixing the k8 1.8 v6 engine is worthless litterally. For the amount of money you sink into that engine just to fix it you could buy a 2.5klde motor and swap it in. thats a 30+hp increasement for about 250-300 dollars (you could do the swap for 500).

even the b6 4cyl motor is worthless unless its the b6t but mx-3s didnt come with that motor.

and it need a paint job really bad it really rusted lol but it runs fine besides the head leaking
