    Default EMISSIONS PROBLEM

    ANYONE KNOW WHERE MY BROTHER CAN GET "HELP" WITH HIS CAR PASSING EMISSIONS. iT HAS BEEN MODIFIED CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON, ETC. aNY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. HE NEEDS IT SOON, I TOLD HIM I WOULD REPAIR IT FOR HIM BUT HE HAS LIMITED CASH.

    50-100 BUCKS EMISSIONS PASSED?

    He dosent have enough money to repair it the right way....if so i would have repaired it already. so he needs it done the illegal way
