Default FS: The PERFECT daily driver! 2003 Pontiac Vibe GT

Unfortunately I am putting my Vibe up for sale. Reason being, it would be smarter for me to sell this and put the money toward my new car and then buy another cheaper daily driver in a couple months.

    Make: Pontiac
    Model: Vibe GT
    Year: 2003
    Engine: 1.8L 180HP Variable Valve Timing(2ZZ)
    Transmission: 6 Speed Manual
    Miles: 118,500
    VIN: Message me

Most Vibes you see are base model cars with the 130hp 1.8L and 5 speed manual. This is a GT model with the 180hp 1.8L 2zz motor(same one found in the Celica GT-S and Lotus Elise) and 6 speed manual. This car also has the monotone package where the ENTIRE car is painted instead of having the ugly unpainted plastic cladding. I had to drive to Hilton Head, South Carolina to buy this car, it was the closest monotone GT model that I could find in good condition.

It makes a great daily driver and commuter car. It gets 32+MPG, has a ton of room to haul around your stuff, is pretty peppy and thanks to being built by Toyota(same thing as a Matrix) it is a very reliable vehicle. Honestly, I would get in this car and drive to California tonight without thinking twice about it. For 3 months I drove the car 3 hours a day from Conyers to Marietta and back and it has never once gave me any issues, ever. I change the oil and put gas in it and just drive it.

The car has a very nice Pioneer double DIN radio that has bluetooth, Ipod, MP3, ect.... Also I have T3 Audio component speakers in the front and rear doors.

    The Bad:
    - Front bumper was repainted because somebody backed into me in a parking lot at 2-3 mph
    - Has a thumb sized place on the front bumper where some paint has chipped off
    - Airbag light is on because of a bad sensor in the seat

    The Good:
    - VERY reliable, it will crank every time you turn the key and take you anywhere you need to go.
    - 32+ MPG
    - Plenty of room thanks to 100% fold flat seats
    - In dash AC plug to charge your laptop, camera battery, whatever
    - New brakes
    - Good tires
    - Clutch was replaced at 90k miles(have the receipt)
    - No weird rattles or creaks, drives straight and smooth

    Price: $6250
    Contact: [email protected]

Please leave your number in your email. Do not bother lowballing me, you will be ignored.

Nice. I'd offer a trade for my rx7 but it looks like you have the same goals as me. (for the most part) GLWS.

This would have been good as sold if you had only posted it 2 weeks ago

Oh yeah, not looking for trades the only reason I am selling it is to be responceable and put the cash toward the Evo payment and then buy a $1500 beater in a couple months.

Just hit 119k miles thanks to my 300 mile round trip to NC and back today. Made the trip with perfection, as expected. Cruise set on 70-80 mph and AC on blast!

    Bump.

Does the STi form you signature have a FMIC? If so, pretty sure I saw it at Perimeter Mall a couple months ago.
