This phone is used. Has minor surface scratches, none on the screens. Previously owned by an IA member which I acquired by trade, but I recently bought a razr and have no need for it. It will come with a SIM however it will need reactivated since it hasn't been used in a while. The process is simple; purchase $20 or more credit of re-boost, call Boost Mobile Customer Service, $10 is charged to reactivate the SIM and you have the remaining $10 credit available for phone usage.
