    My friend has own the laptop for the past 4 months, he bought it from his friend. The laptop is still in very good condition. No warranty, think of it as driving without insurance

    batteries, as they get older, lose their max capacity charge. so this one will only hold 1.5-2 hrs. you could always get another battery or carry the charger around.
