Default Optoelectronics Explorer Near Field Test Receiver

I bought this 4 years ago to use in a test lab for a telecom company. I no longer work there so I don't need it anymore. I am/was a FCC approved user so the cell block was not installed.

I have the Certificate of Entitlement to Purchase Scanning Receiver which must be signed by new owner.

    Asking $600.00

    click pics for hi-res.

I'm selling mine for $600.00 with cell block removed.

The only trade I might consider is a laptop of equal value.

It scans the airways from 30Mhz to 2 GHz and lets you listen in on anything that is close to you.

locks on to any frequency within it's range for "testing"...most can sweep the entire range in just 1 second...Basically it's a scanner but it's "not a scanner".
