Got these from a friend for some photo services and I have no use.
I tried the set and all tubes are functioning and are very bright.
They are similar to street glow goldline.

what did u have them on before?
will they fit 89 civic.
They were on another Cougar for about two months. No damage or significant scratches. And they would fit any car.
