I will get pictures posted up later of the back "yard". It is a 2 story deck (1 off the main floor and 1 off the basement level) that overlooks a wooded area with a creek that runs through the middle. There is really no yard in the back which keeps it quiet as well as private. Lemme know if you have any additional questions about the house. This is the largest townhouse in the development and still has a room in the basement for storage!

Oh ok. The reason I ask, is that I have a large dog that requires a yard. So basically, there is no private area which I am able to fence, Just the 2-story deck.

The guy across the way from me has 2 pretty decent sized Boxers that he has with no fenced backyard. I don't believe it is possible to fence in the back of the homes, but there is a large space in the back of the homes where a dog could be let out. The neighborhood is very dog-friendly, whereas most houses have dogs. But yes, there is only the 2-story deck that is strictly YOURS. Hope this answers your question.

Unfortunately no garage. I had to rent a storage unit less than a mile away to build my car. Exit 7a off 400.
