Default ladder/utility rack for stepside ford ranger

i have a rack i no longer need....i paid 600 for the thing, i install garage doors and needed it , but im going into the navy and no longer need it...this is for a ford ranger stepside, you dont have to drill any holes into your truck, it uses the prexhisting holes there.

    i also have
ryobi impact drill with 2 batteries and a two battery charger...50 bucks
2 truck boxes that fit 10's...20 bucks..they come with blown digital audio's in it
not sure for the name but a 360 watt amp....50 bucks
