sorry for the inconvience you had at Autorage some things have changed here. as far as customer service goes we try to give everyone that comes in good service, but hey we all have our bad days which is no excuse. and as far as wrong parts go we go by a bulb guide so inless you pulled your factory bulb all we can go on is the app. guide and if you left a deposit on bulbs we genrally have them in 1 to 2 business days.
