anybody get a card in the mail today from BP gas station about Nopi? Something about they got a booth at the show and if u come with a reciept for 8 gallons or more ur qualified to win free gas
Got my car back running gobraves. I will be staying in Fayetteville, GA so I'll be taking another route other than 20 to Nopi.
ill be there. parking in the nissan lot of course

Yeah, but the vendors are becoming less and less with each year that passes by. Based upon my observations over the last four years and the noticeable decline over those years, NOPI is definitely on their way out. They need to change it up. Same stuff each year will not hold people's attention much longer. Just my two cents.Quote:

The huge attendance of crowds, tons of activities, huge turnout of cars(even if half of them were garbage) and national coverage will always bring crowds back... But you are right about the vendors, not all the big name vendors were there this year..
By the way, who won what at Nopi? I know Jeff of ATL got best of show Honda/Acura.. That civic is sick every year. Redone like 10 times..
sparco was there. they were close to the track outer row running perpendicular to the vendor rows.
Yeah, this year had some lazy ass ppl that didn't even wash their cars. The vendors could have been better well more of them. WTF was up with the Camel vendor being there. What does smoking have to do with a car show? I wasn't all the pleased with the drift show. Guess D1 spoiled me.:DQuote:

Yeah I busted my ass Saturday morning keeping my car clean. Then Sunday came and I was like F it. Got my picture from gator t-shirts and just left. If I got a award I wasn't there, but we all know being the only fully bolted LS against several SS's doesn't get you much.
I got 3rd in my class some how 93-98 supra custom
and Goode got 2nd in custom RX7, and our group got 2nd place for most cars!
There was a bunch in our group the placed
Well I don't really know how fast we could go. I was told not to pass the pace car. I just slowed down a bit so I could get up the speed before I caught back up with the group. :DQuote:
