the best year for me has to be 2002. thats when everyone was going crazy on this cop car and flipped it over. ohh yeah and my bagged frontier took first place.
I am gonna go and enter, only because it is once a year you get to see a show this big. My car looks like shit but it makes more sence to enter. ME and my wife are going so that is 80 dollars to enter not including food and we will have to walk 23452345 miles to get in with the crowd and thats for only one day, spend 5 dollars more and go both days, put a big ass cooler in your trunk and be on the field. When you get hot just go to your car get some ac for a while and drink a few. And for all those talking about money I am assuming you were prepared to pay 70 to show, if 15 dollars is gonna make you change your mind about going than I would hate to see the kind of car you were gonna put in the show to begin with.
C'mon man.. I know plenty of cats in this thread that have been paying to play WAY longer then you.. No offense or pun intended.. simple "REAL WORLD" facts.

OK I here what you all are saying. This show is definately not for everyone. If you don't want to come - Don't. No problem. For those that do, here's how it breaks down:
$85 entry includes 2 weekends tickets so It's actually $42.50 for the weekend.
Nationals Events includes:
Massive Car Show - Equilivant size shows are very few
5 Pro Drift Shows - featuring world class teams
Nationals Swimsuit Contest - Competition of this caliber is only once a year
Triple action Burn-out contest - I don't know if this exhists anywhere else
Hydraulic contest - World class competition like at the Lowrider world Finals
Ludacris Concert - Saturday
Skid Row Concert - Sunday
Vendor area - the likes of which only surpassed be SEMA
This all comes to about $5.30 per national event. That's way below market value if you went to any of these events alone.
Plus you have the chance to win the XBOX billet awards
Plus you have the chance to win $6000 in Best of Show awards
Plus 2 cars are being given away - the Lotus Exige and the 550 hp NOPI EVO
