I am the roommate of the guy that got jumped. We were playing around with a jacked up GMC older truck. One guy thought that the truck was going to tipped over on him and so he moved out into the path of traffic. A guy on a bike was moving down and had no time to stop and laid his bike down. He was upset, but was not to angry. He asked him to pick the bike up and he couldnt. So he asked for my roommate to help him. They still could not get the bike up. So I came over there and had them back off and picked the bike up myself. The bike guys friends came over and was pissed. They were talking to the guy that walked out and asked him if he was going to pay for the bike to be fixed. The kid was scared to death, so my roommate said that it was an accident and they would take care of it. The friends told him to shut the f___ up and that if he wanted to talk for the other guy the he was going to take the responsibility for him. Then they told him to back down, my roommate said that he doesn't back down to anyone. Finally I got my roommate and was walking away and another guy came out of nowhere and swung over my shoulder and hit him in the back of the head. That had him moving around the car. The guy asked him if he was going to do anything about it and he said no that he did not want to get into a fight. The other guy hit him again in the back of the head and that put him down. Then the two other guys that were talking to him at the beginning came over and kicked him a few times and he went into a seisure. They left. At this time I made it around the cars and grabbed my roommate and got the seisure to stop and waited for the paramedics.

I know this is alot to read, but some of what is on here is true and some is not.

There was a gun pressent. That is why no one helped.

No- he did not get curbed

And he was not on life support at all.

He spent 3 hours in the hospital and is now out with no problems.

The guys that did this has come up to him and appoligized for what they did. They were on drugs and drinking. Being the kind guy that my roommate can be, he accepted their appology.
