yeah i was parked right next to him and i had been there since like 7:50-8:00 and i didn't even move my car...the sign said "one hour parking only" for the whole parking deck and lot so i can't fault him for wanting to get some cars moving...but he was talking about "shooting people in the head" and etc. Hell my friend had just pulled up in his Neon and almost got towed...HE WASN'T EVEN THERE 2 MINS!!!! :jerkit: f*ckin jerk offs...i watched dude fall off the bike i hope he is ok
