    If its not too cold and roads don't have salt on them I may go to get a feel for it in my car since I took a different car last time.

    But if there is salt on the road then count me out. My paintjob is kind of bad but I dont want to make it worse

    Just keep your distance and/or tape your stuff. We did a run mid-to-late feb last year and there were plains of minor gravel damage, but nothing severe, but at the same time, we were riding close-range. Just keep distance and we'll go slow.

    Option B is if you run to the rear, all the cars ahead of you kick all the gravel out of the way instead of on your car
