well you will need to be able to pass tech, and it will be test n tune, so other then that i don't know exactly what your looking to get away w/.

Commerce will probably require that you have a helmet and cage. And if they are strict, they will probably have you run a parachute if you trap 135mph per NHRA rules (if they didnt change anything else again)

i'm thinking it may be just Test N Tune all day, we may do some grudge matches later in the day, or battle of the top 10 fastest.. who knows... racing is still up in the air what do you guys want to see??? we only have 6-8hours total of time

What's the cage rule for cars with aftermarket parts on them? Is it 11.49 et or 10.99 et?

I'd love to see some heads-up racing in respective drivetrain classes... just like Import Showdown, with cash prizes.

You 100% sure it's 11.49et? Not saying I'll ever hit close to that, but just wondering for whoever else...

You have clear taillights, you should have no problem beating me. =]

I believe for 11.49 you need a roll bar.

for 9.99 or 135mph you need a full cage

The following list should answer a few of the more common questions concerning what may be required to race at your local track. It is presented as general information only and you should always refer to the official NHRA rule book or your local track before heading out to race.

we addressed the issue w/ classes for racing but we have so many people its really hard to do... we were over 500+ competitor last year so its tuff to do classes, it would knock down the amount of passes you get on the track.

we may do cash payouts for the fastest FWD/AWD/RWD on top of what we normally do, either way it will be fun.

we have some other events we are working on that we will be doing classes i'll have more info up later.
