Default Southern Poly Charity Dyno Day, January 5th 2013

    Event: SPSU Motorsports Dyno Day
Location: Southern Polytechnic State University, 1100 S. Marietta Pkwy, Marietta, Georgia 30060
    Time: 8am-8pm

    Hi all,

•Wanting to test out a new holiday toy?
•Trying to tune those carbs for the next season?
•Have an ATV, UTV, or racer with a small wheelbase?
•Wanna help out an all-volunteer charity organization?

If so, SPSU Motorsports, a competition team at Southern Polytechnic State University, is holding a charity dyno day on January 5th here on campus in Marietta. The dyno day will be held to help raise money for the all volunteer Formula SAE team to complete their 2013 competition car. There will be live music, hot cars, international Formula SAE competing teams, and a prize raffle featuring over $1,000 in cash and parts!

Our facility features a DynoJet atv/kart dynamometer capable of holding up to 500whp and 1000lbs axle weight. The location makes a perfect setup for ATV, UTV, Karts, Legends cars, bandalero racers, junior dragsters, Star Racers, and anything in the range of a 64" axle width. With the race season starting up right around the corner, this would be a great time to get those carbs in sync, reprogram your Power Commander, or simply put down some numbers and have a great time!

Remember, tax season is right around the corner. Every donation is tax-deductible under Federal 501c3 charity guidelines!

    Rates :

$20 for 3 pulls for Southern Poly students, staff, and alumni
    $30 for 3 pulls
    $40 for 5 pulls

•There are discounts for multiple cars brought to dyno at the event!
•These rates will be going up after December 1st so be sure to RSVP as soon as you can. We are limited to 20 spots and nearly all of them are full.

    Haha sure!

Not sure how we will secure it though.

Hope to see you out there. Are you still living in the Village? I used to see the prelude all of the time but I rarely spend time on that side of campus anymore.
