can somebody fill me in on how tonight goes down? im new to town and this is the first meet ive been to in atlanta. if somebody would reply with the low down that would be awesome! thank :)

Its right off of the Pleasant Hill Exit off of 85. People start really showing up about 830ish, but there is a crowd that comes earlier. The start time, I do believe, is officially set at 7. So technically you could get there then. But then not a lot of people are going to be there. Basically roll in, Back yourself into a parking lot, and you start socializing and talking cars. You can rollout with us(the GPC) if you want till you find a Crew you like. People just stand around and talk cars about the cars that are there, and it usually ends around 11ish, which is when the actual club(Wild Bills is a club) gets hoppin'.

Sounds good. I think we need something to do at this meet. We all stand around with our own crews, and it kind of defeats the purpose of having a big meet like this. It should be something that kind of forces us to get outside our own crews. IMO, it's getting a bit mundane.

What in the world was going on tonight? I heard it was a bunch of seatbelt violations, but darn, I counted 14 people getting pulled over tonight(Counting the white camaro). Did someone call it in? Or were there just cops there from the beginning of the night poised to pull people over for whatever they could find wrong?

Cops where there since 7pm, all parked inside the parking lot. After 7 they were all in different corners of parking lot giving any or all violation tickets. Gwinnett PD is on call at every meet.

Where were you? I never saw your car….

They were all over I-85 going south from Hamilton Mill Rd. there must off been a cop with someone pulled over about every 500ft.! on both side of 85, it was crazy! I figured it was because it was the end of the month and they had to make the quota but as I found out later that was not the case. You see, Thurday was the last day of the month May 31st, it turns out that Friday June 1st. it's National Doughnut Day! ..and everybody know that Doughnut Day is the police best and most celebrated Day of the year! ~The ticketting frenzy we saw was just because they wanted to make sure they had enough money to by the whole DPT. Doughnuts for the celebration!~

Great meet guys....

Yea man, that was a pretty good meet last night. But man, it got crowded and crazy quick. Im guessing it was because everyone moved over from the Varsity to there. Also, I've never seen that many Evo's there, but every last one of them was sick.

We were over parking lot capacity last night, which is 350 cars, and we had about 30-50 going in and out on top. I can safely say Gwinnett Meet has over grown the parking lot. Next Gwinnett Meet 06/14/12 we are getting a bigger parking lot.

Those that want to fight/hug each other need to move to another lot. Those two should be told not to come back.

The thing about last night is that most of those people only went there because their crew went from the Varsity. I would wait until next week and see if it's as crowded

I love how a POS DA took up 3 parking space.

Yup. There's a couple of guys that do it every week. At least one SC and usually a Z or two.

All the car clubs and vendors please be out at the meet by 7:45 pm for proper setup. Thanks, see y'all in couple of hours.

Great turn out last week folks, had over 500 cars come through. Let keep it up for this week as well. This has turned into Georgia's biggest weekly meet. 2 Thumbs up to everyone.

Please respect the property, and keep trash off the parking lot. We don't mean to offend anyone, but we will ask you to pick up after yourself or act appropriately if you aren't.

Great meet. My last time thought. Saw someone took my domo keychain from my car.

I got some pictures, but all of them are blurry. If anyone has any tips on shooting in that kind of light, they would be much appreciated.

It hurt my eye just looking at these picture.

lol @ the guy who was cruising around the lot in his automatic camaro revving in neutral. Some of the stupidest people come out at meets I swear.

It was still a good meet though.

Might head that way tonight.

Guys & Girls, Meet starts at 8pm and I will highly advice to get there at 8pm or as soon as you can since today is the V-meet, and mostly everyone from V-meet comes to the G-meet afterwards. We are sure to hit lot capacity fairly quick.
