not even a mile away, its walking distance. When you pull out of starbucks that first light you hit, you take a right there then its about 300 feet on you're left.

Very true, it'd be like walking from the back of the parking lot into the V itself. We'll see how this one grows, after a while folks may decide to migrate over there on fridays anyway just to get away from hearing cops on loudspeakers at 11 pm.
