Well,I had a blast on Wed. I went to crank my Audi and it spun like the stater was not engaging.Further inspection I thought the timing belt had stripped the teeth off @ the crank.
Well I pulled it apart and found the key for the crank pully that the timing belt rides on sheered clean off the crank pully and bent my exhaust valves.
So I had to tear it down and the head will get 1mm oversized valves,All the cast marks will be removed and everything polished.(AEB big port head PP should be fun)
So my car should be back alive by next week.
My final setup is.
cx turbo mani t3
gt35r turbo gated
bosch green top 42lb 440cc
port and polished aeb BP head
1mm oversized intake and exhaust valves
hks bov
forge mbc @ 20psi
revo stg III
xs fmic
3" dp no cat
If I hurt a piston with the valve hit then I will grab some more stock pistons and run ETD h beam rods and 25 psi.

No piston damage so the head will be ready by Thursday.
Cometic head gasket with 1.8t ARP head studs and the VW tool.
Audi/VW has to be the only or a select few who has one off head bolt,that no tool other then from the dealer will remove the head bolts,lol.
