I wish the Southeastdrift event wasn't that weekend or else I'd be registered. Oh well, I will go take pictures on Sunday.

We've just started calling all of the peeps we know, It looks like alot of cars will be coming out to the meet. We sold the Gray AE86 and we're gonna have to scramble to get a car or two ready for this meet. We'll probably bring the 1971 2 door corolla panel wagon (It's rough but cool) and maybe the beater yellow Datsun 710. This is going to be a cool year.
^^ damn u sold the 86? i never got to see it...
btw this is like 2 weekends from now! omg!
I'll be there. Most likely in the Corona. Doubt i'll run the Celica to this one. The M30 is gone. I'm down to 2 Ol Schoolers....1 if PUREGROOVE WOULD WORK WITH ME :D
^^^ Would be good to see a Corona out there. Later, QD.
be there again and yes i will be in the old skool
Ill more than likely show up either in the 73 Rx2 or the 94 Rx7 depends on if the 2 is in town yet, its in Birmingham right now.
Well the 73 would definitely be a treat as it's not only ne we don't have at the meets, but it's old school as your MR2 would have to be parked in the next county. Later, QD.Quote:

^^^ Very cool. Later, QD.
I'm going to TRY and get the new toy running for this one.
hopefully ill be runnin an 82 yota with v8 powa
Ill be there in my FB
What year is yours, dude? Later, QD.
85... I dont have the TII in my avatar anymore
We sold it with strings attached. We'll still be able to take it out to meets and other events. I don't think it will be ready for this first meet because it needs the turbo replaced. But supposedly we're getting the 82 rear wheel drive Maxima back in time to bring it. John's just finishing up a 5m toyota supra engine swap on the orange 77 celica hatch that was at several of the meets last year, and if we get a few extra "minutes" we're going to try to bring the 1972 corolla panel wagon for its pre restore debut.Quote:

Aww, snap. Bring it on, buddy! I'm still trying to figure out what I can do to the te before the day of the meet. Probably, just wash it. The suspension will be here after the meet, though.Quote:

It's, technically, ol school since the body style began in '83. :goodjob: --hope to see you at the meet.Quote:

Exactly. The way we set it up as if the body type of the car was made on or before 1985, then it's included. Your body was made from 1983-1987 so any of those years of the AE86 is in on this.Quote:

How hard can the rules be to follow? 1985 and older unless the bodystyle started production before 85. Does the 89 Conquest have the same chassis/body as a pre-85 conquest? (I don't know shit about them) but if they do then yes, it's old school.Quote:
