They usually open up the last Saturday of January and only do test and tune on the last Saturday of the Jan. and through out February. They are uncertain if it will still be the last Saturday of January for sure. That's why I haven't posted in case it changes...Quote:

Also, the User CP is still broken. The things that bothers me about it is I have seen people who run the same forum software post possible causes/fixes and it seems that no one really cares. They have been trying to get a newer version of Vbulletin.
But the newest one was causing it to slow down. So they dropped User CP until they can figure out how to make it faster
