So I just talked to the owner of a restaurant on Jimmy carter. They have a huge parking lot. I told him about the issue at BP where the cops keep running us off to Park n Ride and vice versa, totally ruining the vibe of things. He offered his lot up on the weekends for a 100% legal meet... All he asks that you guys respect his property and keep the drama/drugs at home.

So we decided to make a new weekly meet to replace the BP meet. Everyone is welcome, come out and chill...

When: Every Friday night from 9pm til whenever.

its close to both 85 and 285 so its definitely not as far as BP to some people.

about 10 minutes from BP

Sometimes they grill indian food out on the patio on weekends. They also have hookahs available for smoking(18+ only of course).

I might, not sure. I found some gas up near the Sonic at the meet last Thursday, and haven't driven enough since I filled up to need more yet. I'm just trying to drive as little as possible until there's more of it available right now

I found premium at BP off the Georgia Perimeter Dunwoody campus exit 29 or something off 285 going west from Spaghetti junction. They said that they have been getting premium normally without any effect.

Ahh. There was a guy talking to us who did walk the parking lot asking people who wanted to race. I certainly wasn't telling him to try to convince people to race me or anything. I figured he was just curious if anything was happening.

There are a few reasons I don't go around asking for races....but even if I did, I wouldn't find people I know couldn't keep up. The LS7 makes more power than the LS2 to begin with (even a fully built LS2 only makes about the same as my bolt on LS7), not to mention my car is lighter than almost anything out there.

There's pretty much nothing a GTO or Camaro could do to keep up without nitrous or a blower. It's really the weight more than the power that's the issue.
